Projects

I have learned that purpose and creativity, especially creating within community, can play a great part in improving wellbeing.

My drive to support others was solidified when working in a care home during the pandemic, which gave me a deeper understanding of the impact of isolation. Since this time, I have worked with charities to deliver CBT-based and crisis interventions, consistently receiving positive feedback about my empathy and approachability. Alongside this work I have maintained my own creative practice and undertaken facilitator roles within the community. I am currently studying a master's degree in Socially Engaged Arts, focusing on community-led projects embedded in local values.
